Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD), Medical Reserve Corp. (MRC) and the Oklahoma Blood Institute (OBI) are but three examples of how groups of volunteers, assisting others in times of disaster, can make a difference. Organizations such as these rely on people just like you for efficient delivery of services throughout the United States. And communities benefit from highly trained and organized personnel who provide support and resources in times of need.
